The RUFit weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and fitness club was established in May of 2019.

The mission of RUFit is to educate and guide all levels of all athletes on proven nutrition and training methods. We aim to foster a healthy campus community of weightlifters and promote positive health.
What and how we perform by our mission statement:

Provide professional training programs for novice, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
- Examples: Ben Pollack, Jeff Nippard, Renaissance Periodization, Kizen, etc.
- Provide PDFs and books from world class trainers, athletes, and coaches.

Provide personal assistance, advice, and tools.
- Examples: macro calculator, body fat electrical impedance calculator.
- Educate and debate about training, nutrition, and fitness myths.

All meetings occur in the Skybox on the second level of the Athletic and Fitness Center.
