Pilates

Pilates is a core training class that focuses exercises linked to breathing that will sculpt muscles of the trunk and hips for greater stability, strength and balance. This class will train your mind and build symmetry and coordination in the body. Allow yourself to gain personal awareness and willpower.  All fitness levels are welcomed.
