CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Zumba is a unique dance-based fitness class. It uses a combination of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. The purpose of Zumba is to tone and sculpt the entire body using cardio and resistance training components.

Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. 

Body Challenge is a full body, high intensity class based of body mobility and athletic movements. If you want to burn fat and increase lean muscle this is the class for you. We incorporate body weight exercises, bosu, Plyometrics, sprints and much more! Can you complete and stick to the challenge?

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!
